Accessing and Understanding Your Transaction History
Your Transaction History is integrated into your maindomino99 account dashboard. Once you log in, navigate to the Account menu, select Transaction History, and your complete ledger appears. The page loads your records chronologically, with the most recent transaction at the top. By default, we display the last 30 days of activity; you can extend the date range using the filter controls at the top of the page.
Each transaction entry shows seven fields: Date (in your local timezone), Time, Payment Method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or other channels we support), Transaction Amount, Transaction Type (Deposit or Withdrawal), Status (Completed, Pending, Failed, Cancelled, or Reversed), and a Reference Code or Confirmation ID.
Your transaction records are encrypted and retained for 24 months. We use this history to audit account activity, resolve disputes, and comply with regional anti-money-laundering regulations.
Filtering and Exporting Records
The Transaction History page includes several filter options to help you locate specific entries. You can filter by Date Range (selecting custom start and end dates), Transaction Type (Deposit or Withdrawal only), Payment Method (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, bank transfer, etc.), or Status (Completed, Pending, Failed). You can combine filters—for example, view only failed online payment withdrawals from July—and the results update instantly.
Once filtered, you can export your results as a CSV file by clicking the Export button. This file contains all visible rows and all columns, formatted for import into spreadsheet software or accounting tools. We do not charge for exporting, and there is no limit to how many exports you can generate.
Understanding Transaction Status Codes
Each transaction displays a status that indicates where it stands in the settlement process. Completed means the payment has cleared and your balance has been updated. Pending means we have received your request but the payment partner (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, etc.) has not yet confirmed. Pending deposits typically clear within minutes for digital wallets and one to two business days for bank transfers. Pending withdrawals follow the same timeline depending on your payment method and the processing schedules during holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha.
Failed transactions are requests that your payment partner rejected. Reasons vary: insufficient balance, incorrect account number, or network timeout. When a deposit fails, no funds are deducted from your bank or wallet. When a withdrawal fails, your maindomino99 balance remains unchanged. Our support team is available to investigate failed transactions and suggest next steps.
Cancelled means you or our system halted the transaction before completion. This can occur if you cancelled a pending withdrawal request or if we detected a security flag. Reversed appears when a previously completed transaction is undone—for example, a deposit that was made in error or a withdrawal that was processed twice by accident. Reversals typically complete within one business day, and your balance adjusts automatically once the reversal settles.
Payment Methods and Settlement Times
maindomino99 accepts eight payment methods, each with different settlement speeds. Digital wallets—online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet—settle subject to verificationly once you confirm the payment in your wallet app. Withdrawals to digital wallets typically complete within one business hour during business days and may take longer on weekends or public holidays.
Bank transfers via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet follow your bank's processing schedule. Deposits typically settle within one business day; withdrawals may take two to three business days depending on the receiving bank and whether we are processing during a bank holiday closure. During major holidays like Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi, all bank processing is halted, so settlement windows extend accordingly.
Settlement timeframes
- mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment: subject to verification, one hour withdrawal
- online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment: one business day deposit, two to three business days withdrawal
- Bank transfers delayed during regional holidays; check your bank's schedule
- maindomino99 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees; banks may apply nominal network charges

Disputing a Transaction
If you notice a transaction in your maindomino99 history that you did not authorize, or if an amount differs from what you submitted, contact our support team immediately. Provide your Transaction Reference Code, the date of the transaction, and a description of the issue. Our compliance team investigates and responds within one business day for urgent cases.
Common disputes include duplicate charges (where the same withdrawal was processed twice), incorrect amounts, or a deposit that never arrived in your account. We maintain transaction records from both maindomino99 and our payment partners, so we can cross-check and resolve most disputes within three to five business days. We do not provide chargeback assistance; instead, we work directly with your bank and the payment partner to investigate and correct the error on our systems.
